The online shop is only for collection in central London or for U.K. deliveries through Royal Mail.

For shipping outside the U.K. or any other queries, please email info@francesca.gallery to confirm availability and shipping costs.

ORDERING

Online payments are processed via Stripe. If you want to pay by bank transfer, please contact me first.

Payments must be made in full before shipping.

PACKING & SHIPPING

Please allow up to 7 business days for the painting to be safely packed for shipment. Tracking information will be provided to you as soon as I ship the artwork out. Delivery times depend on your location.

CUSTOMS, TAXES OR DUTIES

I ship from London. If you are NOT based in the United Kingdom, your own country’s customs can ask you to pay taxes and fees when the artwork arrives in your country. Such customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional costs. The service provider responsible for transport normally organises this in coordination with customs so that you can make the payment quickly and easily. Then the delivery takes place.

RETURN POLICY

If you find the painting not suitable and want to return it, let me know via email within 48 hours of receiving the artwork. You will then need to send me back the artwork in the original packaging within fourteen days. Once I receive it, I will issue you a full refund of your invoice total.  Please note that in such case the RETURN shipping cost will have to be paid by the buyer.

USE & COPYRIGHT

Each artwork comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Purchasing the artwork grants you the right to install it as interior decoration. The artwork may not be altered in any way. You cannot make reproductions or prints.

The artist holds copyright to the image of sold artwork and may use the image for prints, publication and other purposes.
